Eligibility for Refunds:  
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of your enrollment.  
- If less than 25% of the course content has been accessed, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Once you have accessed a significant portion of the course or completed assignments, refunds may not be possible.

Process for Refunds:  
- Refund requests should be submitted via email to our support team with details about your enrollment.
- Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 10 working days to the original payment method.
  
Exceptions:  
- Refunds for certain courses with unique terms (such as customized corporate training) may differ, and students are encouraged to review specific refund terms before enrolling.

No-Refund Circumstances:
